Today is the 105th birth anniversary of Khushwant Singh (1915-2014), a famous Indian author and diplomat. Khushwant Singh belonged to the generation who saw the Indo-Pak partition happen and were deeply moved by it. It inspired him to write Train to Pakistan in 1956 which became a very popular novel. Also known for his wit and sacrasm, his other book series called 'Khushwant Singh Joke Book' is also well known and enjoyed by his several fans! Today, the nation of India remembers Khushwant Singh.
